Implement paging

You can now create an account through the new CreateAccount.tsx page, and the user will be saved to the backend through MongoDB.

The login button is now connected to the inputs and shows a message to existing users. You can navigate between CreateAccount and login easily, but it only shows a message that the user is in the database when you log in, for now. As I got a comment on not using semantic HTML on the login.tsx last time, I also updated the HTML.
